”Everything was great! Just as described. It's a compact room, but with everything needed to be comfortable when not at the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the beach itself felt remote even with all the buildings nearby. At low tide there was so much beach!! I got the resort passes but none of the facilities were pet friendly and they were quite adament about my wife not even carrying our tiny dog where pets weren't allowed. We made do. ”I’ve stayed in plenty of homes, and this one has GOT to be my #1!!! 🙌 The location is absolutely perfect! Folly Beach, Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and Shem Creek are all within about 15 minutes. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the home sits back off the street, which I really loved.. You don’t even have to worry about bringing beach towels or beach chairs because they had those covered too!!! They honestly thought of everything. ”The room was poorly stocked and there was no hot water for nearly 2 days. The braided rug in the room was filthy and torn in a few places causing my wife to trip. Thankfully she did not fall. Very poor response time to any concerns we had. Very poor parking during the holiday weekend. This property is owned by The resort.
