”The hotels looked very clean and well maintained. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The morning breakfast is very decent and covers variety of food items. Very affordable price as well. The hotel is situated for all the nearby attractions such as Gerald d Hines water fall, statue of unity, Vietnamese buddha monastery, balloon museum etc. I have a Tesla so there’s a nearby Tesla super charger in Queensberry parkway (there’s a nearby shopping center, so by the time the Tesla gets fully...

”We have stayed here numerous times. While staff attentiveness was pleasant, the cleanliness of the hotel has gone down tremendously. We will look elsewhere next time.”

”The hotel/room had mildew odor. And the room that I stayed had cracks between the walls. I arrived/check in almost at 12 and when I received the room the walls were so thin that I had to sleep listening to the couple next room argue all night. And top of that I the only thing that was separating the rooms was a door! The mattress was the worst and even the bedsheets smelled so bad. I didn’t talk to anyone because I arrived late almost 12am I was exhausted ”

”Called front desk to notify them that I would be delayed by a day to check in, but the person who answered the phone said she was away from the desk and couldn’t check on my reservation. When I arrived the next day the front desk person said my reservation was cancelled and that I was charged for the day that I did not stay there. The front desk person was rude and unhelpful. The facility looked warn down and not updated. ”

”Breakfast menu is very limited. Cleaning services did not come when you ask them. Checked in with my name and checked out with different name. Staff blamed on Expedia which I know it's not true. ”

”Breakfast was good. Waitress was hard working! Elevators were being renovated so we walked through the service area to get to the service elevator. Not the best view of the property. ”
