”The room was nice, the price was steep and I only paid that amount because at the time of payment the site said it was going to get upgraded, upon arrival the front desk didn’t upgrade the room. They lied and said someone checked out late instead of telling the truth, which was they didn’t want to upgrade me because they sold the room at a higher price. I don’t like to be lied to so I will never use this site or a Westin hotel again.”

”Called front desk to notify them that I would be delayed by a day to check in, but the person who answered the phone said she was away from the desk and couldn’t check on my reservation.
When I arrived the next day the front desk person said my reservation was cancelled and that I was charged for the day that I did not stay there.
The front desk person was rude and unhelpful. The facility looked warn down and not updated. ”

”Chaundra and Jaylen were awesome. Miss Chaundra was very attentive and even assured my birthday and experience were great during my stay. The fire pit was my favorite place to lounge. There was one cleaning lady who wasnt that nice but I will say the hotel was very clean. Even the manage was great and offered recommendations for things to do and see. Can't wait for my next trip to Houston because I will be staying here again!”
