”Great new property in the Gulch. Walkable to shopping, dining, bars. Room was amazing! High-tech lighting throughout. Cool furniture in the room- not your typical hotel room chair etc…. The staff went above and beyond.
Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Great walk-in shower and separate water closet.

”I am not sure how long this hotel has existed in Brentwood but it looked brandnew. The room, lobby, parking area, breakfast area and gym were all exceptionally clean. Very safe area. Easy to park and easy access to the freeway. Just minutes from downtown Nashville and minutes from Franklin. Friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was the room key. I had a 3 night stay and each day my key cards would stop working. Had to get a new key every day. Either they key cards are incredibly...
”Love the friendliness of all staff. From the valet employees and front desk. Our check in and check out was easy. The pool was also a great add on to our stay as last year we did not have the chance to stop by! Room service was ok for the most part. We did not get the mini-bar Icelandic water/beer stocked but it’s ok. Overall, our stay was worth the price. Can’t wait to stay here again. ”

The suite was very clean but a little updating needed, i.e. small thread rip on couch, bathroom ceiling corners need repainting or touched up, fridgerator needs defrosted due to ice build up, lamp electric outlets were chipped and rusted. Having 2 beds was great but would've been better if they were queen sized. But very minor problems. Overall stay was very pleasant.”
