”The hotel was room was nice but didn’t smell very good. The ac / fan was really loud. The staff was great and The coffee was good.”

”This property had everything within walking distance. The staff are extremely polite and courtesy and it’s easy to find. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. A small kitchenette and living space made it nice for vacation or business trip.”

”The room stunk and the help could barely speak good English. The owner came pounding on my door at 11:00 am to tell me it was checkout time , but my checkout day wasn't until the next day. This place was a joke. I had to empty my own garbage. My toilet plugged up and the owner gave me the plunger and told me to bring it back when I was done. This place was a joke. What a waste of my hard earned money!!!!!!!!!”

”This is a MOTEL not HOTEL. All entry were Exterior doors. I was not aware when I booked. I would have never stayed there had I known. I do not believe the images showed this. I would have to go back to review. It was very old/ dated. It was in a wooded area although close to Galleria. Very Bates Motel vibe. The clerk was very comforting and put me in a area near check in with cameras. Staff was very nice. It was too late to change when I arrived after 5 flight delays. No restaurants open....

”The first room smelled like smoke so I had to change to another ans it was better. The a/c units seem old and noisy. The staff was ok. They charge for parking just because they can.. it’s big and open but no security or safety. It’s an ok Hilton.. a little musty and has smells to it.. the room are Big and nice and clean”

”The hotel is wonderful. Clean, fresh, very well kept. My only complaint is that they were remodeling the 2nd floor where the rooftop bar is located and we were so looking forward to an evening on the bar enjoying the landscape. Oh, and they could use a little better pillows. The hotel staff was amazing to help us get settled in to the perfect room for our 2 night stay. Will definitely stay here again when in town and hopefully the rooftop bar will be open and ready to enjoy.”
