”I loved Breakas Beach Resort! It's not a high-end, super-glitzy kind of place, but a very lovely, relaxed, simple place to stay where they still take care of your every need. The individual cottages, built of local rock, roofed with palm leaves, and scattered through the beautiful forest, are simple yet elegant. The food and drinks are excellent (watermelon daiquiris, yum!), and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Activities and tours are available every day, plus lots of assistance...
”This is an excellent resort for relaxing. We had a ocean front villa and loved it. It is worth the additional cost to be on the ocean as the second row does not have a view. ALso, it is fun to walk the long white sand beach at low tide and see all of the coral exposed and the fun aquatic life living in the pools. The staff was lovely, happy and helpful. A driver was arranged for us to tour the island and we recommend that. There are a lot of families so if you are not into kids in the...
”We were a couple in our 50’s. We had a lagoon view villa, the room was clean, a bit dated. Had a safe, decent water pressure in the shower and a bath. The toilet door did not close and had no lock, weird but a non issue for us. Would have been nice to have wine glasses and bottle opener, maybe a plate and a knife so we could enjoy snack on our deck. But we made do.
Has a swim up bar and a few pools. They looked nice but too many screaming kids, we felt should not have been allowed in the bar...
”Kaiken kaikkiaan hotelli oli hyvä. Huoneeni oli mukava, hiljainen ja hyvän kokoinen (se oli Orchid-huone). Nettiyhteys tosin pätki - viihdekäytössä se ei niin haitannut, mutta esim. etätöihin se ei toimisi, koska kokouksista ei tulisi yhtään mitään.
Hotellin uima-allas oli ihan kiva, mutta jostakin syystä sillä oli tosi hiljaista, joten siellä sai olla rauhassa.
Hotellin sijainti oli ihan Port Vilan keskustassa (200 m parlamentista) ja lähellä oli sekä ravintoloita että ruokakauppoja. Kaupunki...
”Great stay, the kitchen was a plus, also the food at the restaurant was magnificent! 5min by buss to city, also the buss only cost 1,5 dollars. Staff are wonderful, so kind and tentative! Would recommend to anyone!”
”Breakfast was same every morning and expensive considering that they actually didn't cook it. Just yogurt, white non tasty bread and croissant, juice and fruits. Staff kept forgetting thing all the time and I had to remind them every day to bring me breakfast and don't take my laundry basket away etc... When I politely complained about service for stuff, their reactions were not apologizing. Instead more like I they showed some tiredness or were not happy that I say about things... ”
