”The space is more roomier than we thought! Very clean. A little confusion in getting into the property but Mark was very prompt in responding and helping us.”

”The location was outstanding! The loft was directly across the street from the capitol building from when Vandalia was the Illinois state capital and Abraham Lincoln a legislator there. We wandered over there and the docent was exceptional. The loft is truly IN town, so within easy walking distance of restaurants, the local distillery, pubs, shops, and points of interest. I had no qualms about anything related to the cleanliness of the property! It's a cute, quaint, well- decorated place....

”Michael and Teegan provided a seemless process for check-in. Slight issue with wifi network was resolved quickly. Very comfortable beds and very clean. Nice apartment with cool historic past. Stopped in the speakeasy in the basement of some bank bldg - very hip place. Effingham is doing some really cool things and this place is one of them.”

”We were amazed at how well this small space was turned into a little architectural gem. The apartment had every single amenity. We took pictures of every nook and cranny because it was so perfectly arranged and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the restaurant next door and even took our dog to the outdoor patio.”

”We didn't even stay 24hrs as this was kind of a test run as we will be in and out of that area often for work for next several months. Very Comfy and Clean with all the necessities! Well thought out by host they pay attention to details. Defiantly will book again.”
