”Hotel markets itself as 5 stars hotel, but it surely isn’t. In general, everything had feeling of hotel working like a factory, because of big crowds of guests. Hotel staff tried to act professionally, but couple of times there was feeling of that they didn’t act as well as they could have done, or as you would expect in 5 stars hotel. Pool area is noisy and in addition to the noise generated by people and children, also hotel activity team is arranging every kind of competitions which dominate...

”We had a great time at this place. The landscape is beautiful, and the staff was very friendly, especially at the front desk. Our only issue was that we were traveling with a baby and there were stairs to get to our room. We had to carry our stroller up and down the stairs, which was very inconvenient. ”
