”Modern hotel with multiple control panels for curtains and lighting. A bit of overkill with this level of customization provided for controlling the many lighting options. Floor motion sensors turn on certain bathroom lights automatically in the middle of the night which can be very disruptive for those who prefer to sleep in darkness. Beds were also a bit too soft for our liking. Room was large enough and very clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A full cup coffee maker...

”There wasn’t really a place to eat, and restaurants are about a 20-30 minute walk away. There is a Tim’s and small grocery store across the street. This hotel is big, the pool is large, but there are only maybe 4 chairs at the pool. So you have to sit on the pool deck floor to supervise your kids. ”

”Toivoimme rauhallista huonetta ylemmistä kerroksista ja saimme sen, kiitos. Pääkatujen puoleisiin alempiin kerroksiin emme menisi. Hotellin sijainti rauhallisessa ympäristössä miellytti. Illallakin oli rauhallista liikkua. Lähistöllä on runsaasti hyviä ravintoloita ja kauppoja sekä komea museo ROM. Palvelu on ystävällistä ja asiallista. Sisustus on jo hieman vanhaa, mutta ilmeisen laadukasta, jota ei niin usein tarvitsekaan uusia. Menemme mielellämme uudestaan.”

”The room 512 was so noisy that one could hear all discussions on the hallway and traffic. Furthermore the cleaning storage was just next to the room so there was no peace at all. Furthermore there was someone else's welcome note and wine, which were picked up from us. ”
