”The amenities were exceptional! Our room was dirty and outdated. Front desk clerk checking in was short and rude. I would suggest staying at the tradewinds other hotel which we spent most of our time. Be careful beach service adds in gratuity and doesn’t tell you”

”This was by far the worst vacation and the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
The rooms were okay and seemed fairly new, but the towels were extremely limited, and the same went for the toilet paper. When we arrived, there was a large water leak right in the middle of the entrance area. However, that wasn’t even the worst part.
There are stairs everywhere and no elevator. That may be fine for some guests, but my 80-year-old grandmother was unable to manage them.
