”this past week was our second time staying at Zota. First trip last year was ok but this trip, not so much. The staff here wasn't very pleasant and the hose keepers missed cleaning our room 3 days out of the 7 we stayed there. coffee runs out in the morning and 4 days I notified the staff asking to bring more. idk I feel like resort staff should keep an eye on stuff like coffee in the morning?? decent bang for your buck if your looking to get out on the island but don't except too much from...

”We nooked based on previous stays about 5 years ago. The rate is high for a great hotel. BUT, Eveidently new management policies allow unruly teenagers to roam the halls at all hours of the afternoon and night. Noisy, screaming to friends and banging on doors. Security was more involved eith checking every car that came in the lot to ensure they were guests. Won't be back!! SAD”

”If I had an issue it would have been the internet went down twice, but we will be going back next year, great view, great staff, pool was nice. ”

”Room was filthy not mention lobby had no one there for over an hour 20 minutes so we couldn’t check in til late then got horrible directions to our room and were outside going from building to building trying to find our room just to get inside the room and it looked like it hadn’t even been clean. Oh and they charged us a $300 deposit”
