”Property was uniquely located in all the major highways for easy transit. Only issue I had was the hotel did not keep up to its ads in Expedia.... almost looked like a temporary apartment accommodation...
And my main issue was no working elevators pls fix your elevators!!!!.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The property was under construction during my visit, and many of the advertised amenities were unavailable. Additionally, the room walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. I understand renovations are sometimes necessary, but guests should be informed in advance and accommodations should be made to minimize the inconvenience.”

”The room was big and clean.
The breakfast was ok but we missed some cheese. It was a bit difficult with the shuttle bus, because it did not leave at specific times, but you had to call the hotel. I called twice and waited a long time before they answered. Then they could not tell how long we had to wait. Anything up to some hours. When we finally got the bus after one hour everything worked well. According to the price we were quite happy with the hotel, but next time we probably choose a hotel...

”Although the beds were good, staff was friendly, and place was clean this is a bare minimum standard. The hot tub wasn't heated (which was 1 of my 2 criteria for selecting a hotel), the food selection in the shop all needed microwaved but none available, and the pool area didn't have the towels stocked. The previous hotel we stayed at was a third the price and had towels, food, and 2 working hot tubs.”

”I showed up early and asked for an early check-in. The staff promised me a phone call as soon as available, and she absolutely called me right on the button, just as promised.
I've never used a hotel shuttle before, but on this trip I required it many times. The front line staff was always helpful (even when I was calling from the airport) and the driver's were great.

I am having to dispute this with my card company. They charged me for 11 days !!! The hotel was no help with this. Also, when I checked in it took 3 trips to the desk to finally be able to get in my room. They have a restaurant attached where you can get coffee and etc at a price. ”The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. I booked a room that had a separate area for the bed, but didn't receive it. We were only staying one night, so we decided to make it work. Went to pull out the sofa bed and it was missing the mattress. Had to transfer to a different room that did have one. That sofa bed had crumbs and things under the mattress and the mattress was stained. Overall fine for the 1 night stay though.”
