Very good level hotel
Hotel is very nice and very clean. In the Atrium there is beautifull pool area with trees and sand. Service was good, parking areas were near and there was enough space, rooms were good condition and there was enough space. In that price level evrething was perfect. This was a holydaytrip but in business purpose I staying in hotels over 100 nights per year and I think that Royal Garden has been one of the best.

Hyvä valinta lapsiperheelle
Royal Garden on erinomainen vaihtoehto lapsiperheelle. Allasalue on mainio varsinkin pienemmille lapsille ja hotellin sijainti erinomainen - keskellä turistialuetta ja kävelyetäisyydellä Eilatin keskustasta. Paikallisbussit ajavat hotellin edestä ja monipuoliset palvelut kävelyetäisyydellä. Family suite huoneisto oli tilaratkaisultaan mainio. Positiivinen yllätys oli, että molemmille makuuhuoneille oli oma kylpyhuone. Sängyt olivat erinomaiset. Jonkin verran kulumista havaittavissa ja astianpesukone reistaili (korjattiin pikaisesti heti kun ilmoitimme asiasta) ja keittiön laitteet olivat varsin halvanoloisia, mutta toimivat. Aamiainen ei sisältynyt hotels.comin varauksen kautta (toivottavasti jatkossa voisi tilata). Suoraan hotellilta kysyttäessä hinnaksi ilmoitettiin 90 NIS per aikuinen ja 50 NIS per lapsi per aamu, joka tuntuu varsin kovalta hinnalta. Ilmeisesti kuitenkin olisi ollut monipuolinen. Wifi-kattaa koko hotellialueen, mutta yhteys on hidas ja pätkivä Hotellialue oli rauhallinen ja yöt sai nukkua hyvin ilman häritseviä ääniä.

Big parking problem so if you don't have an app name Pango to pay with your credit card you can't park in the front of the hotel. The back gated free parking can fill about 100 cars when this hotel probably have about 700 rooms! Therefor I couldn't park the car nowhere at night and needed to wait in the car for hour until someone moved his car. The rooms looks from the 90's . its time to renovate. The pools are small with a lot of kids. 2 hours when I ask for the refund policy paper the manager told me they don't have one and just that there is no refund. Not recommending this hotel.

Dear Shmuel,Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences following your recent stay with us.Royal Garden has 331 spacious and modern suites.Regarding your comment regarding the hotel's parking, I would like to explain that at the "Yishrotel Royal Garden" hotel, there is a spacious parking lot that surrounds the hotel and is intended for its guests, this is in addition to an underground parking lot located in front of the hotel.If these parking lots are full, we direct our guests to the "Isrotel Riviera" hotel parking lot, next to the hotelThese parking spaces do not involve an additional payment and many guests find free parking spaces in this complex.In addition, near the hotel there are many parking lots on behalf of the city of Eilat, which involve a fee and if our guests choose not to park in nearby parking lots, which do not involve a fee, they will be able to do so by purchasing parking tickets.We hope that despite this we will be given the opportunity to return to host you in the future while we do our utmost to make your vacation enjoyable.Best RegardsDorin

The rooms were large clean and comfortable. The store in the first floor had tons of great groceries. Location was great. So family friendly.

Amazing staff, Spacious room, good location. Very family friendly so if you have children great, if not don’t stay here. We heard babies crying when we were trying to sleep and almost every piece of furniture was stained.

Great hotel
2 nights of family vacation. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable. We got a room with no kitchen and no meals. We had all we need from the minimarket in the hotel Hotel pools are great but the water is a bit cold in October. Go between the holidays and not during the holiday itself to save money and headache. There are way fewer people.

Positive: Great hotel , you will have every thing you need around food shopping, the pool is great! The best thing is the beach pool for the kids it is awesome, and the little waterpark makes it even perfect. Cons: no trash can in the new rooms, the area for making coffe is small, the vodeo games are expensive, the food court is a bit expensive, and there is few places around the pool to find a shadow and no much place to seat.

We stayed in a new suite. The room was modern and clean. There was a large bed, a pull out sofa. There was no kitchen or kitchenware. The hotel was at full capacity, but it was well maintained. Breakfast was good but overpriced. The Pool area was clean with enough places to sit, lifeguards were attentive. Location was good on the promenade, onsite parking can sometimes be full. Overall good stay.
