Large windows throughout the home bring in plenty of natural light and offer lovely views across the surrounding neighbourhood and greenery.

With three TVs throughout the home, there is also plenty of space for guests to enjoy their own entertainment. The house is warm and comfortable throughout the colder months, making it equally well suited to summer holidays and winter stays.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner, with plenty of storage and workspace. The home also has two large, modern bathrooms, making mornings and longer stays considerably easier for families and groups.

This is a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. You will have complete privacy whilst staying here, but parties are not suitable and not tolerated by neighbours. Similarly, smoking is not allowed inside, nor in the garden.

My home is a very short walk to Sandudden lake, and Stenstranden beach, which is lovely for swimming, walking, and picnics.

This is a well-maintained family home in a peaceful residential area, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate of our neighbours and treat the property with care. Parties and events are not permitted.
