”This place is a traveler's dream. The listing is located in a peaceful town just a few stops away from the touristy Tokyo areas. Despite being small, the room has everything you need for a comfortable stay after long days of exploring. A big plus was having our own washer which is super helpful for longer stays. Highly recommend.”

”Excellent service from the host; really feels like coming home every day. My room was pretty spacious considering Japanese standards. The decor of the room was a little worn, but the bathroom looked recently renovated. Room facilities were good, and the internet-connection worked as expected. There are countless dining options in Ikebukuro, and Ikebukuro station is extremely well connected.”

”Our entire group agrees this was the best stay we've had. The room was spotless and super easy to access, no hassle checking in or getting settled. The location is lively, with plenty of clubs, bars, and nightlife within easy reach, and there's a FamilyMart straight down the road for snacks and anything you forget. We'd happily come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient place in a fun area.”

”This was our first trip to japan and honestly it could not have been better. First of all, this hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station. You have two 7/11 within walking distance as well as a small market, drugstores, mcdonald's if you're picky, and multiple small businesses. Neighborhood is incredibly calm and it is really nice taking a night stroll. Rooms in japan i've heard are quite crowded but i think our small room gave us all the space we needed. Bathtub was a bit small but hey...

”Good location from Ikebukuro station. Hotel room is big and hotel comes with a lot of free activities. Only problem is the rooms aren't smoke free but luckily the smell of smoke isn't too strong I got used to it fairly quickly. I've stayed in worse places.”

”The building is older but the room seems to be refurbished recently. The hotel is close to the station, affordable, and the room is relatively large. I could open my big luggage on the floor without it being in the way all the time. For some reason in the bathroom, the ceiling is low over half of the bath tub, so you need to be careful not to hit your head on it while showering if you are taller than about 175 cm.
