This bright, newly built Cozy Casa guest retreat offers a thoughtfully designed open layout with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. The space features a comfortable sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances, and a dining table that doubles as a workspace. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in tiled shower, and guests also have access to a convenient in-unit washer and dryer. With its private entrance and clean, contemporary design, this ADU provides a quiet and comfortable stay ideal for extended visits.

Guests have private access to the entire guest suite, including the living/sleeping area, full kitchen, bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, and the private entrance. The unit is located on a shared lot with a larger main home next door that is occupied by tenants. The main house and its areas are not accessible to guests. The guest suite is fully separate and designed to provide a comfortable and private stay.

We value your privacy while ensuring you feel fully supported throughout your stay. This is a self-check-in property with keyless entry, so you can arrive at your convenience—no need to coordinate schedules.

That said, we’re just a message away! You’ll have access to a responsive host team available to assist with any questions, concerns, or local recommendations during your stay. Whether you need help troubleshooting something in the unit or want the best local eats nearby, we’re here to help—usually responding within an hour during the day.

Please treat this home with the same care you`d want in your own. A few simple rules help keep things running smoothly for you and future guests:

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
• No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM — please be mindful of neighbors.
• Pets are welcome with prior approval only. Please let us know before booking if you`re bringing one.
• Maximum occupancy is as listed — no additional guests beyond those booked without prior approval.
• Please treat the property and furnishings with care. You`ll be responsible for the cost of any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• No illegal activity of any kind.
• Check-in is after 3 PM, checkout is by 11 AM. Late checkouts and may be accommodated on request, subject to availability.
• Before you leave, please start the dishwasher if used, take out the trash, turn off lights/AC, and lock up.
• Outside visitors are welcome during the day but should not stay overnight unless registered as a guest.
