Tervetuloa Avokado-taloon! Tämä ihana koti on kätkeytyneenä Helix-vuoren takaa, josta on upeat näkymät kaupunkiin ja ympäröiville vuorille. Kätevästi lyhyen matkan päässä Interstate 8: sta ja moottoritieltä 94. Vain 15 minuuttia rannalta ja 10 minuuttia San Diegon keskustaan. Matkusta itään ja nauti kasinoista!

Tässä ihanassa kodissa on neljä hyvin varustettua makuuhuonetta. Kahdessa makuuhuoneessa on uudet king-vuodetta, yhdessä makuuhuoneessa queen-vuode ja neljäs makuuhuoneessa vyöryvä sänky, jota voidaan käyttää kahdella kaksosena tai king-size-vuode. Päälliköllä on oma kylpyhuone. Suuresta olohuoneesta on näkymät kauniille suolaisen veden uima-altaalle ja laaksoon. Vuodesohva on olohuoneessa. Suuressa keittiössä on kaikki tarvittavat varusteet kokien valintaan. Hintaan sisältyy pesulapalvelut sekä autotalli vuokra-autollesi. Tämä ominaisuus on hehtaarilla ja on hyvin yksinäinen. Nauti maan mukavuuksista keskellä Amerikan hienointa kaupunkia!

Beautiful home, with amazing views and plenty of privacy. We were a party of seven with three generations and there was lots of room for us all to spread out but also be together when we wanted to be. The outside of the property is spectacular and the swimming pool was larger than we imagined it would be from the photos. There were lovely areas to sit and enjoy the view (which was different from each vantage point) and it was all well maintained.Inside was equally lovely, with everything you could possibly need made available to us as guests. Thank you for having us to stay - we will be back!

We had an amazing stay at the Avocado House. The pictures represent it really well. The hosts have thought of everything. I figured I'd have to get a few things once we got there but really, I didn't need to. They were incredibly responsive to any questions I had also. The backyard and view is amazing. I'd love to come back and would recommend this home to anyone looking to relax and enjoy their stay in San Diego.

Mini Oasis

This property was awesome. We had 2 families totaling of 8 people. There was plenty of room for everyone. We had 2 teenagers and 2 young kids under the age of 9. We went to the zoo and the safari park. Each time we came back we would take a dip in the pool and enjoy the city views. The hosts Jim and Dayna were super responsive. I would definitely book again.

The house and the views were beautiful!. Beyond our expectations. Plenty of space for our family. They had a pack and play and a high chair which were perfect for our grandson. We cooked meals and all cookware, dishes, etc. were provided. The pool and garden were well maintained and gorgeous. If we travel to San Diego in the future, we would rent this place again.

Wonderful Time Celebrating A Graduation From SDSU

Our family of six totally enjoyed our stay at the Avocado House. The layout of the house, extra bathrooms and gorgeous view (day and night) were all very pleasant and accommodating. The weather was perfect for using the pool and I loved walking around the property. We created new memories and celebrated lots of events. We chose the Avocado House because it is conveniently close to campus. The property is also about 20 minutes from downtown and most other locations. Secluded Home Close to Everything

My family of 4 enjoyed the space & comforts of this home. The house is well appointed; secluded from the rest of the area; local restaurants are plenty & surprisingly moderately priced; and most tourist spots we went to/from were within 25 minutes and easy commutes. The weather was a bit chillier than we had hoped for, so unfortunately the pool never got quite warm enough to use, but the outdoor seating areas and garden were lovely.
