First of all the front desk had the worse and negative attitude. Even on the phone she was rude to other people when asking for directions. A customer was asking her better directions how to get to the place, she told her co-worker. I don't have time for this, "to be giving directions". She refuse to give us a none smoking room at the rate listed on line. She did not show us the room with out first me signing all the documents, but she did offer to show the room to another family with a baby. She said I just talked to my boss, and he doesn't want to give you another room unless you pay higher rate. This is discrimination, you don't pick and choose customers to service. She needs to take some customer service, discrimination and fair-housing classes. I refused to take a room with the strongest smells of cigar and smell of roaches. I told her she can keep my money and make sur to give my deposit back as the room was never used. If their business is making money, they can keep it and put it on the biggest hole they have.
