”The condo was in a great location and the check in/out process was very easy! The only real complaints we had about the property were that not all bathrooms were stocked with soap for handwashing, and the kitchen was out of hand soap as well. And the property management does not provide wash cloths for guests. We called guests services because we thought maybe it was just a mistake with laundry service and were told it's not something that is offered to guests. That seemed really weird to...

Lady at desk told us 24 hrs notice needed. So I sent a text Tuesday asking for garbage emptied and towels changed on Wednesday. Then phone rang and I confirmed with a real person the same. She said we did not need to leave anything outside, they would come in to do it. We were gone all day Wednesday. Came back and nothing...
