”Erick the staff member in the main front door was great every time I came into the hotel he greeted me very well and very professional. Victoria of the cleaning staff was very great and wonderful in regards to the cleaning of my room and greeted when ever I saw her around the hotel. However Grepseell one of the staff members at the front desk was very rude and nasty. At one point she spoke to my guest very rudely and nasty. She made it a point to belittle him. ”I recommend Tuani Lodge for nature lovers and those looking for a cabin-in-the-jungle experience. The road to get to the lodge is very dark, poorly marked, bumpy and uneven so a vehicle with 4-wheel drive and a lot of clearance would be best. We got a small bit of damage from driving in our small SUV. That being said, once you're on the highway it is not far from town and it is a very cool experience feeling so remote and close to nature. This is not the place for you if you are scared of bugs...

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Marimba. Beautiful place and rooms, clean everywhere. Beach also very nice for swimming and relaxing. The lagoon is perfect for swimming as it is a bit warmer due to the volcanic ground. Helpful and nice staff. Also food was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place for everyone enjoying beautiful places and relaxing.
