Staff was great. Hotel is new and has potential. But, they do allow buses of tourist from south of Mexico to stay there. We were there 6 nights and almost 5 of those nights the pool was not accessible due to the amount of people. Hotels should really notify when they accept tour buses.

Torre Eleve Apartments
El departamento está muy amplio y cómodo, en buena zona aunque si tenía unas fallas una puerta del baño era muy difícil de cerrar en ocasiones y el acceso a la playa estaba muy feo e incómodo, te tenía que abrir un guardia cada vez
