”LIVE BED BUGS IN THE BEDS. We brought this to the management's attention (I literally caught one of the bugs and brought it to the front desk in a cup and showed her the fresh bites on my arms). We checked out of our hotel at around 11pm due to this. Manager was not on site so, this was dealt with through whoever they had working the night shift. The next day, I called to actually speak directly with the manager and she said she "found no evidence" of bed bugs in our room and said that a...
