GENESIS HOME is a very beautiful home and mostly suitable for those who need a retreat and privacy. It is a 4 bedrooms Home fully furnished in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It houses very beautiful beds, a full kitchen and Laundry Unit; AC unit. ( Love seat& Chair, entertaining center, TV & everything you need to feel at a home. It’s put together to give you the privacy & peace of mind that you deserve , the comfort that you pay for and the relaxation that makes you hate going back home.
The space
Guests have the whole house to themselves. The home has a nice park next to it that is accessible everyday. Guest(s) has/have own parking, own laundry and whole quarter to him/her/themselves. Additional guest fees may apply.

Other things to note
Even though we do not allow pet on the property, if you are willing to pay for pet fee of $250 and also pay a cleaning fee of $100, the management will consider your case. Failure to comply will be a violation of our policy and we will have to withhold your security deposit to fulfill this requirement.
