This rental is the entire house including the Private Casita and is located in El Pescadero. Views of the Pacific Ocean, Cerritos Surf Beach and the Sierra Madre Mountains are breathtaking. You won’t find a bad view here.

There are plenty of lounge chairs to lay out and gaze at the beautiful blue turquoise waters and sip on your favorite cocktail or morning coffee. This home also has a seating area on the 2nd level of the home with three balcony chairs and a fire pit to take in all the beautiful views, and during Whale season, what a perfect spot to catch them in action. This home offers so many amenities and everything you will need to have a comfortable stay.

The house has 3 bedrooms with each having their own ensuite. Each bedroom has a King size bed with a bamboo mattress and comfortable linens. Each room has it's own closet/dresser for hanging or folded clothing. All have walk-in showers and the master also has a soaker tub with large windows with Ocean views.

The Casita has a Queen size bed with a bamboo mattress and comfortable linens, closet, bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette and a Smart TV.

The kitchen is set up with plenty of cookware, professional chef knife set (Cutco), serving dishes and we offer alot of the extras like foil, cooking oil, spices, and condiments.

The entire home is on a Purified Water System and the Main house kitchen has reverse osmosis. Both the house and casita have refrigerator with ice makers.

There's one safe in the house and one in the casita.
The home has Wi-fi throughout the indoor and outdoor spaces.

Todos Santos is a historical town about 10 minutes away and a very popular place to go shopping for Art, Mexican goods, Tequila and so much more. There's historical buildings and the Famous Hotel California. Locals are very friendly and most speak English.

Other things to note
**The magic of Baja California Sur is in the challenges. When you leave the conveniences of your home, entering this beautiful region of rural Mexico, you leave behind the expectations that everything is going to happen smoothly. While this sounds like an inconvenience, instead it is what makes this space magical. We get to slow down and remember what is truly necessary, appreciating what is important. We have this unique opportunity to take a step back and experience Baja as it is, not how we want it to be.**

Setting Expectations:
Driving at night is dangerous due to cows on the road or cars without headlights (not banditos!) Please go slow. Most roads off the main highway are dirt and all roads in the area have potholes with lots of bumps. Most roads do not have street names, and houses do not have addresses. You must rely on the maps provided and do a little research of your own. Baja midnight is considered 9:00pm, and expect many businesses to close at this time. Buildings typically leak during rains, and water can come under doors depending on the amount of rain. We are in the desert with many new human inhabitants, therefore, the natives do make appearances. We attempt to mitigate this as much as possible, but please do not be surprised if you see a mouse or two, flies and gnats (bobos), ants, scorpions, or a rare snake. There is always dust no matter how much we clean! The entire Cerritos area is quickly developing so plan to see and hear construction in the distance. This area is considered safe, but we do still have petty theft. Please lock electronics and valuables in safes or locked cabinets when you are not home. We recommend trip insurance as unfortunately we cannot refund for weather, nearby construction, or rural Mexico related incidents.

Please note:
The pool is services 2 times per week, Tuesday and Saturday mid-day afternoon. They will have a truck with signage and typically have shirts with their logo, Laguna Sur TS.

You may also see the gardener, internet service provider, gas provider, water truck, or other service personal during your stay. These services need regular maintenance to operate well. If you have any concerns, please reach out to Mayra the property manager. We do our best to communicate when people are on site, but at times it is out of our control.

If your hot water is not working, or water does not turn on, please contact Mayra our property manager immediately. We may need to fill the home. All of these services are trucked in, not automatically provided. Thank you for your understanding and communication.
