”To me the property was good enough to spend the night. It felt safe. A restaurant is located on the inside of the property allowing customers the option to stay inside the property. Now for the cons. The bathroom was not so clean at all. The furniture was outdated and didn’t seem well taken care of. Luckily I only needed a few hours of sleep before heading to another location further into Honduras. ”The upsides: The hotel is BEAUTIFUL - truly an escape in the mountains. The pool overlooks the river which was stunning!!! We stayed at the Colibri house - the space was clean and even though it didn't have AC, we really didn't need it bc there are plenty fans and the night isnt as hot.
