”The room was large and so was the cockaroach waiting to greet us! There were a bunch of other small bugs in the shower but they did not bother us. The mirrors were streaky and they need to start using clorox magic wands to clean the toilet. We wanted coffee Saturday morning but the barista did not show up. The pool area is rarely cleaned, dirty towels all over the place. The beds are super cozy and the AC works well. Probably would not come back.”

”We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...
