”Great location ”

”There were 3 staff members I interacted with at this property. The first two being Anthony and Mercy. They were so so accommodating and sweet the entire stay. I can’t say enough positive things about them. The third staff member was Henry, I didn’t have nearly as many interactions with him as I did with the others but the interactions I did have were excellent. He too was friendly and easy to talk to. I’ll be back in Tucson in December, I will definitely be staying here again! ”

”To begin, I booked this hotel because of its proximity to downtown - not for the amenities. That said, Zebra Unicorn is branded as a boutique luxury hotel - a role in which it fails abysmally. Let's be clear regarding parameters: Luxury to me means being free of all concern. Unfortunately Zebra Unicorn only added to mine.This began even before check in - as I was asked to provide an abundance of information prior to being given instructions for arrival. ”The property and staff were wonderful. The card key system was lacking. We stayed for 4 nights and everyday at checkout time we were locked out of our room and had to get our cards reactivated. This also happened when we wanted to enter the pool area. It would also be nice to have the outside area open until 10. The stars and views are so beautiful but we were closed out at 9 and had to sit in our room. Breakfast was pretty good. Location great. ”
