”Beautiful villa that is a short 5 minute walk or 30 second drive to the beach. Plenty of room with 3BR, 3.5 bath with nice pool and rooftop terrace. AC units are in all 3 bedrooms and living room as well so the place stays nice and cool. This villa is in a VERY secure and safe area, security entering and exiting the community is strict and I always felt comfortable. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. There is also a maid who can come by and cook for guests, she prepared some...

”Place looks exactly like the photos, villa has that old colonial style, Its an old Villa but its in great shape, has enough rooms for all 17 of us to stay sleep comfortably. Pool was awesome, big and well designed. ”We have an amazing time in the house. The house is very confortable and have space enough for a big group of people. The locations is closed by playa Minitas. We have the help of Lore and it was the best thing. She keep everything organize and clean all the time. She was always there to help you with anything.
