”The staff was nice however they could only do what’s in there control. I order two glamping bubbles and it rained that night not good at all. ”Hi, I cannot say enough excellent things, but I guess if I had to start at the top, I would say I took a taxi from the airport and I showed up at this amazing place and when I stepped out of the car, somebody greeted me by name and I was so confused and he looked at me and he said excuse me do you speak English because I was so stunned. ”Every inch of the house was clean and accessible. We felt safe and the staff was friendly and very available. The concierge finalized everything for us before our stay. The chef was professional and the food was amazing. Housekeeping did an amazing job. All of the private and public bathrooms and all of the public spaces were clean at all times. The bartenders were amazing. They knew how to make all the drinks we requested and they interacted professionally with the guests. ”
