”24-hour reception, safe, but no soundproof walls so you can constantly hear noise including in the evening, a baby shouting all day and night too, they might live there, very dusty room, spider webs and spiders sometimes in room 31, toilet could be cleaner and staff is okay. The director and the lady during the day were kind, but night staff very unpleasant. Housekeeping was proactive. Not everyone speaks English. Distant location, but you can find a couple of restaurants in the evening and a...

The staff were helpful, but basic items were missing: there were only two towels for a three-bed room, the third bed had no blanket, and there was no bath mat.
