”Friendly staff. Easy check in. Clean rooms.”

”Idk where to start but this place is sketchy. The only positive was that all the staff was extremely friendly. We had to give the door a super hard shove to get it open. The toilet rocked side to side. There were bugs. The vent fan in the bathroom did not work at all. This place needs to be gutted. It’s very out dated and isn’t accurately represented into the photos.”

”The entire hotel looked a bit run down if one looked at it up close, but the inside of the room was acceptable and the bed was comfortable enough. There was also good water pressure in the shower. However, one of the handles on one of the drawers was broken and never replaced, and the bathtub needed to be resurfaced. Similarly, the room appeared clean overall, but the water holding part of the coffee machine was so dirty that I could not drink coffee in the morning. Only one packet of decaf...

”Had to call multiple times for airport pickup the phone rang and rang and rang Said it would be 5-10mon was over 20 Room refrigerator didn't work amd clock had the wrong time which threw off my departure in the morning Soiled hallway carpets”

”It’s great place”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”I stayed at this hotel for 6 days while I was in town for a conference. Housekeeping did not come to our room once and our key cards rarely worked. I was constantly down at the front desk asking them to reset my key card, and staff were incredibly dismissive and rude.”

”This property is dated. They claimed our initial room was renovated but the toilet would not flush properly, and we had to change rooms. We brought food in and asked for spoons and forks, they only had spoons… I wanted to do some laundry, they had no detergent… Manager was uncaring when we were checking out. So glad I know I’ll never stay at this dump again. Two stars only because bed was comfortable and breakfast was decent.”

”Simple outdated hotel. Beds and linen were very comfortable though.”

”We needed a room with two beds. When we searched on Expedia, we used the filter that allows you to search for a hotel room with two beds. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that there were only rooms available with one bed. We were also told that it is the fault of Expedia that the Expedia website leads one to believe that there are two beds when there is actually only one.”

”Staff was helpful. A primary reasons we booked was because of the pool which was closed.”
