”Location”

”The elevator was broken so guests had to use the stairs which is not easy with luggage. The key to our room didn’t work so I had to run down to the desk twice before staff finally came up and tried themselves to find it really wasn’t working like I said. We were put in a different room. We won’t be staying there again.”

”Very nice hotel, nice staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Just be aware that there is no elevator to the second floor when booking. Will definitely stay there again next time in town. Walking distance to Baugher's Diner where we had great meals with excellent service.”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”This was a very last minute booking and I was very pleased with my experience. Apparently the hotel was fully booked that day along with employees calling out, Al manned the front desk like a champ.. he was very kind & helpful even though he was overwhelmed.”

”Pay 17 dollars a night for parking. No free breakfast. Breakfast cost 24.99 per person for a ordinary hotel breakfast. Pool heater not working or waterfall feature not working. Hallway to room needed to be maintained. Rude front desk staff.”

”All the rooms are new that was really nice. say the most that it lack was the people outside making a bunch of noises but you can't really help that on a Saturday night.”

”great facilty and warm and welcoming team ... they were super accommodating to making a solution for my non-conforming vehicle for parking ( this location doens't have typical surface lot parking and my tall truck didn't fit in the garage they Co-op with ...) and the rooms were really new and clean and comfortable..”
