There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The check-in process was unnecessarily slow, and the valet parking service was even worse. After requesting my vehicle, I waited nearly 50 minutes under the hot summer sun. My family and I were traveling overnight, prior to booking this hotel I called to let them know what time I would be arriving and to see if I would be able to check in early. I was told yes, so I continued my booking. Just to arrive at 5 am and be told the room was given away and they no longer had any rooms available for me to get into, until 11am. ”Rather clean and maintained. Breakfast staff very friendly. Front desk staff not very informative. just blunt, ask name , took credit card and handed me room keys. Since large, had to ask best place to bring in luggage, told just go around back. housekeeping cordial when meeting in hallways. Our door to closet just propped up. Didnt need it closed but could be hazardous to someone with small children or someone that didnt look up and just pulled it. the lady at desk on leaving nice. ...

”A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel. Didn’t make it up in time for breakfast but it smelled good. I felt very safe , would return in a heartbeat. Very clean, comfortable bed.”

”I always stay at this specific hotel when I travel to the area. Always a great experience. This time wasn’t bad but it’s been better. I was on the highest floor although I requested a lower level and the room seemed a bit different than the lower floors. There was a bit of an odor similar to a nursing home (no offense intended). ”Staff and Paradise Cafe wonderful. Our room did not have a working tv, faucet knob came off, dirty snd stained sheets, mildew on shower. Voiced my comments to staff and they understood. I plan to personally write to Bally staff in Rhode Island. Casino had a whole 3rd floor empty. I have gone to Bally casinos for over 50 yrs and won’t return until things change.”

”This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate.”

”There was open soap wrappers and the luggage holder was rusted and covered in paint. Majority highway noise all night and bed was rock hard. Breakfast wasn’t nothing great but was good enough yogurt fruit toast waffles eggs and sausage. Pool was clean and seemed like a okay area the residents were quiet. Outside the building was clean and gave plenty of towels in the room.”
