The setup of having to take separate elevators to get to the lobby then to your room is a little funky, as is the fact that there is no through connection from the hotel into the mall, but that was literally the only minor annoyance. Everything else at that hotel was perfect. Everything.

Do not do this online
I paid and they said they did not receive a payment and they said they do not deal with hotels.com anymore. They said they did not have rooms. I am still waiting for a refund. This is appalling and very unprofessional.
