”Things are fine, definitely not nice. They “upgraded” my room from a king bed to a double queen suite. The double queen suite was basically the same as the king room I originally chose. I picked the king because I wanted a king bed. It wasn’t a big deal but it was annoying that they tried to present it as an upgrade. It wasn’t either. My friend actually had the king room. They also didn’t have a breakfast attendant on Saturday, so the only food out was leftovers from Friday. They didn’t even...

”Honestly the lady in the front desk in the mornings was a little rude. She made you feel like a bother when you asked for something like towels. The maintenance guy was the only helpful person in the hotel oddly enough. The room itself was good and the pool was good. Breakfast ask a little off. Not like other ihg hotels. ”
