”We had a great time at the house. Location was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants/mini-marts. Pool provided nice change of pace without sand. Good-enough fitness center and beautiful tree-lined trail for those who want to get after it on holiday. Our highest recommendation!”

”We had a great week! We rate the overall experience Excellent as far as communication, check-in and location (can't beat steps away from the beach with an ocean view!). When we walked in, it was noticeable that the cleaning crew rushed through, leaving some sand on the floor and crumbs on the table and counters. Nothing we couldn't wipe up quickly. Like I said, overall, we had a great time and the property was perfect for our family stay.”

Only bummer was the rainy weather one day but the place was comfortable enough to make it enjoyable. Well appointed kitchen with enough supplies to get us started. There’s also a small shopping center in walking distance for quick things. We had an issue with the ac but the host quickly responded and helped remedy the issue. Check in and out was super easy and the host is readily available to assist with anything.”

”Beautiful property located just on the outskirt of the Town of Duck. A short walk down to the pier/dock sound side and not much of a longer walk to the oceanfront. The property offered plenty of parking and the most comfortable, welcoming home. We would definitely recommend this home when looking for a getaway in Duck/Kitty Hawk NC! ”

From the time when we booked our condo Sept 2024 til a week before our stay in August 2025 Jim answered ALL our questions very timely! From questions about the condo to questions about the area of Duck (as we were never at the OuterBanks before). That was very much appreciated and made us feel very comfortable with our decsion to choose this condo! In addition,...
