The 1st room we were assigned had ants and a chemical smell. I thought perhaps it was their cleaning chemicals but in retrospect it was potentially insect spray. The staff did accommodate us quickly and moved us to another room. The 2nd room was at least bug free but.... it had plaster patching issues ...

Hotel was clean and staff pleasant, but when they send you a text asking you contact them that way if there are any issues, so you do, and it takes them over 12 hours to respond, you do t wait that long and tell the front desk the same thing, THERE IS NO HOT WATER IN YOUR SHOWER. and their response ...
