”The cabin and surrounding area were beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub!! There's just nothing quite like enjoying your morning coffee from the porch swing while watching nature wake up with you. Our hosts provided everything one needs to make yourself at home for the length of your stay. We had no problem getting in contact when we did have a question and they were very prompt. We absolutely loved staying here and plan to return as soon as we are able!! ”

It’s in the perfect location in Johnson City to be quiet at night (minimal train noise) but within walking distance to all of the downtown restaurants/breweries. The rental was well equipped and extremely clean. I really enjoyed the character within the home, in addition to the welcoming decor. As a property manager for almost 10 years, the responsiveness and communication was my favorite part. We alerted them of a potential need...

”This is an immaculate small house that also has a big deck and lawn which looks out over a beautiful trout stream. Unfortunately I did not bring my fly rod with me because I didn’t read the listing carefully. The trout were rising all around! I was more focused on the location in the tri city area. The place is clean, well appointed and the owners live right next door. I highly recommend it. The photo is from the stream bank. ”

”GPS led us on a narrow twisty road with no centerline or side markers. Kind of scary. After we arrived we found a much shorter, safer way to get to and from the property. Hostess was GREAT! She went out of her way to help us! I forgot chairs to go to the race at Bristol, she found some from her friend to loan to us. THANKS! Cottage itself was very nice, had everything we needed. ”

”Such a sweet little place with great access to the town! Since a good portion of the Virginia Creeper Trail is closed right now we used the house as a jumping off point to a day of hiking near Boone and another day of exploring Cherokee National Forest. The fenced in backyard was great for our dog. We ate out for all meals because there were so many great options and didn’t use the kitchen much but it looked to be well appointed. WiFi was strong and the TVs were great. ”
