”Our room was very dirty and the shower had hair and a clump of something gross in it. We actually chose NOT to shower because it was so gross. Breakfast was disappointing, so we didn't even grab anything (coffee was good!). On the bright side, the receptionist was very upset it wasn't clean, and she was super helpful in giving us recommendations for dinner!
I probably would not stay here again, but I think there is hope if they can get their cleaning staff situated!”

”very old property and is clearly not upkept and I suppose priced accordingly as its basically the cheapest option in town. Rooms were certainly in ery rough shape, falling apart, and not very clean. i imagine the rooms havent been invested in for at least 2 decades. Bathroom sub par, toilet not very clean, tv barely worked (remote didnt work at all), stains and random garbage found in various locations around the hotel, elevators smell and in rough shape. Didnt visit the pool for obv reasons,...

”We checked for 1 night. My sister and I were expecting partial lake view as reserved through Expedia, instead we were given a room in the back building with no view at all. Water Heather broke so no hot shower in the morning on top the beds were so bad we couldn't be sleepy much. This mattress needs replaced. I informed the front desk. I won't stay again if I can not sleep good. Breakfast was great and room was clean.”

”Location, location, location! This hotel is in the perfect spot for exploring Breckenridge on foot. We walked everywhere—shopping, restaurants, bars, and all the downtown attractions were just minutes away.
The hotel itself was great, and while the breakfast was just okay, the coffee was delicious. One of the best perks is that Breckenridge Brewery is literally right out front and is a fantastic place to grab a drink and meal.
