”I wish we could have given more stars on this hotel because the rooms were actually very clean and lovely and comfortable. Unfortunately we were told we could check in at 3pm but when we got to the hotel, there was a sign on the door to say reception was closed until 4pm and we were given a number to call if assistance was required.
