”I would take a picture of the room and the blankets on the bed every morning of your stay. I got charged $35.00 for taking a blanket that I didn’t take. I called and management would not remove the charge unless I shipped it back. How would I ship it when I don’t have it?”

”Our room was clean, but fairly plain and lacked character. It served its purpose as a place to sleep, though nothing about it felt particularly inviting.
The staff weren’t especially friendly or welcoming. We arrived about 45 minutes before check-in and were told our room had already been cleaned and was ready.
