This NYC Themed Smart Home is only a 5 minute walk (2min drive) to UBS Arena & Belmont Race Track! Perfect spot if you're catching a game, concert, or visiting the New York area. W/ private parking for up to 3 cars.

The space
This is a stand alone, one level-1,000sqft House...
-NOT a basement apt (low ceilings, not safe)
-NOT a 2nd FL apt (no stairs to walk up)
-NOT a 1st FL apt (no footsteps over head)
-NOT a shared home or space...only you and your guests will be on the property (complete PRIVACY!)

-UBS Arena: 2 min drive/ 5 to 10min walk(legs-free)
-JFK Airport: 10 min (uber/lyft $20-$30)
-LaGuardia Airport: 18 min (uber/lyft $25-$35)
-Citi Field: 18 min (uber/lyft $25-$35)
-Manhattan: 30-45 min (uber/lyft $50-60)

-This unique, cozy 1,000sqft, 2 bedroom, 1 BATH, 1 floor ranch style house is specifically and exclusively designed for 6 guests. We do provide an air mattress for an additional 7th guest.

-Perfectly located 2 minutes off the Cross Island Parkway at the UBS Arena Exit.

-Easy access to all major highways which takes you directly to Manhattan, JFK, LGA, and Long Island Beaches

-Not driving? We are only a 2 min walk to the bus stop (N6 or N1), which takes you directly to the subway to get to the City.

-It is also a smart home powered by Alexa. You can control all the lights, control the thermostat, lock and unlock the doors, play music, ask her travel questions, get info on local places to shop or eat in the area, ask her the weather, have her set an alarm or reminder, play games, and the list goes on and on.

-Parking can be hectic being that we are so close to the UBS Arena/ Belmont Park, but no need to worry because you have Free parking in your own private driveway for up to 3 cars.

-Free streaming services are included with your stay: Netflix, Disney+, Hulu

-All your basic toiletries are included with your stay. From toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash...to even shower caps. So travel light!

Backyard:
-Get some fresh air and enjoy an outdoor meal out on our newly constructed large outdoor deck while grilling up some burgers on the grill.

Other things to note
*Before booking, please confirm with us that all house rules have been read. This is to ensure that THE NY VIBEZ HOUSE is the perfect fit for you and your guests.

-$200 per person fee over the 7 guest maximum. Does not matter if guest/visitor spend the night or not.

*Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is at 11am. When possible, we can accommodate an early/late check-in/out for a FEE. Cost & Availability is based on:
1) Hours requested
2) Cleaners schedule
3) If a guest is checking in/out the same day.
