”The hotel was old, but clean and tidy. The room had everything needed. But one evening we had to contact the maintenance, because we didn’t have any warm water. The water from every tab and the shower was freezing cold. After contacting the reception the maintenance came. After a while the maintenance told us we should keep the water running from every tab for at least 15minutes and then we could have warm water. We did so and could take a shower. ”Nice apartment with the facilities I need but the neighborhood could have been better. It is nice that the metro is just outside the building. Still do not understand why do I had to pay 100$ in cash because of a 'late check in' when I arrived at 7pm, a normal time to check in in all the hotels and apartments of the world. ”

”The room was surprisingly big and very clean. I loved having a little kitchenette to cook and save money. Staff was extremely welcoming and willing to help. "”Free shuttle bus service”… don’t plan to use that! We waited for over 1 hour for the shuttle at the airport in the evening and the morning shuttles back to the airport were departing only every hour and were already fully booked, so we had to Uber. We were gonna have quite a short stay anyways so that 1 hour wait plus then driving around different terminals on the way to the hotel cut off a big chunk of our planned sleep and left a bitter taste. To put it short, our expectations were not met. "
