”We stayed here one night when we went for our daughter’s graduation at Bryn Mawr College. It was nice to have a two bedroom king suite!! You could fit a whole family in here and you can have breakfast for free. It was a very nice breakfast! Easier than going into Philadelphia and affordable.”

”We didn't stay here! We walked into the room and saw hair in the bathroom sink, there were 2 beds and one was so close to the bathroom door that you had to shimmy past the bed or climb over it to get to the bathroom. There were flies in the room too. It looked like some sort of apartment deep in the hood! My wife was basically disgusted with the place. I'm trying to get a refund for this as we had to find another hotel for the night.”

”I think your front desk staff needs training on how to talk to customers. Very disrespectful to customers and they seem they hate their jobs. But the cleanness of the rooms is excellent, ample parking space.”

”Check in was easy. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not included so we ate offsite. Had to request additional supplies for coffee our second morning and clean towels. Great location. Lots of excellent restaurants and shopping.”

”The property was conveniently located near Valley Forge, The King of Prussia Mall and connecting expressways to New Jersey and Downtown Philadelphia. The breakfast was good and parking was easy. We had asked for a crib which did not appear until our second night at the property, although we had reserved it in advance. On our last night some sludge creeped into our bathtub. The maintenance folks showed up the following day. We were offered to change rooms, but the new room didn't meet our needs....
