”Lovely surroundings. Our room was cozy. Nicely decorated but carpet could have benefited from a shampoo. En suite very small. Shower small if you are not very thin! Window seat only sitting option which was ok if not closing curtains Lovely food in the evening. Breakfast average and not great selection for continental. All in all though we would definitely return but would book larger room”

”The staff were excellent, couldn’t do enough for us. The spa was fantastic as always, and the room was lovely. The food in the clubhouse restaurant was amazing and the staff in there were also brilliant and professional. Faultless and Value for money, we would recommend to anyone, a visit to Rockliffe Hall, Hotel and Spa is a must. We only live in Teesside, so it’s on our doorstep, We will definitely be returning soon, for another great weekend! ”

”Spent 5 nights at the Ivy Tree and loved all of them! The staff is extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help you. I had forgot my charger adapter and the hotel staff lended me their personal one for the whole stay. The breakfast is delicious and the staff make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. Do try the pancakes, they we're delicious! ”Great last minute night away with kids. Lovely hotel, friendly staff and brilliant leisure facilities! Mark couldn't be more helpful! If there was one down side, the restaurant menu could do with a revisit (very limited) and the beautifully cooked steak and fresh fish were very much let down by the frozen chips! BUT, the breakfast was amazing! Will definitely visit again!”
