”Room was clean. Lots of noise late first night. Called front desk and they said they would come up. Don’t know if they came up or not, but things quieted down for a few minutes, and the noise started up again. Remaining nights were much quieter. We didn’t ask for room cleaning, but they did provide clean towels when we requested. We would stay here again.”

”My room had stains on the sheets, pubic hair in the shower, microwave didn't work, pool was shut down, and breakfast had a lot to be desired.”

”I honestly don’t understand why this hotel has so many negative reviews. I was worried that my stay would be disappointing, but for $70 in the Chicago area, this is an incredibly fair deal. Both the hotel and my room were clean, the bed was comfortable, and I was very happy with my stay. A big bonus is that there’s a Denny’s right across the street, where I had both dinner and breakfast. There’s also a shopping plaza just a 3-minute walk away, which was very convenient.”

”The room was clean. The jets in the hot tub were not horribly dirty, but I wasn't comfortable using it. The steam room was nice after we figured out how to use it. This property is for sexy time. That is it. That is all. And for that, it could be fun. It has a motel feel to it. I think if it were updated, it could be much better. But the lighting was dim or red. Although the ladies at the front desk were wonderfully charming, I will not be back. I didn't expect the motel feeling.”

”The duvet/comforter was dirty, asked for a replacement, he did know what it was and gave us another blanket which had small holes. The bed was very uncomfortable. The fan in the bathroom was so loud. My comment about the breakfast area is that it was very small and cramped, the 4 chairs to each table, chairs we too big for the tables. Very disappointed as I we had 4 rooms reserved, one of our guess were put in room 110, which is between the outside door, the inside door, stairway and the only...
