”This was our second year at the British Colonial and we will return again next year. Wonderfully remodeled a few years ago and impeccably maintained. The pool and beach area are superb. Many lounge chairs and patio umbrellas dot the pool and beach areas. The hotel rooms have all the modern conveniences and a feeling of old world charm and style. Great pools, but a casual attitude about ball playing and others activities in the pool that take away from the relaxing atmosphere it could be. And I am referring to adults not kids. ”Horrible stay at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. Prices are outrageous, service was awful, and I had to dispute incorrect charges. Stay away!”

”There were no amenities mentioned. The place looked almost run down and the mentioned bar wasn't open at all. AC worked fine and the beach certainly was private as we were the only visitors. ”DO NOT ! The Wi-Fi does not work there and they are very big property so it should have worked especially for the price of the stay. They horrible the staff are ALL horrible. Do do not care about your needs all the service that they bring to you very unacceptable behavior. They need to start hiring people that actually want to work there and actually don’t mind being a server please give him some training every single one of them.”
