” We love staying here, skiing down to the gondola in the morning, checking our skis with the valet, catching the bus at the curb to go to the village. The rooms are clean and well cared for. The hotel is quiet for sleep and I have a bath tub in my room --- important for soaking in epsom salts!! We come as a family and always have an awesome time. ”

”The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...

”The staff were fabulous and super helpful. We showed up 4 hours early and they had a room ready for us without any grief at all. Ski check was easy and fast. Room was super comfortable with good bed, pillows. Bathroom and toiletries were very nice. Honestly the best value we’ve experienced in whistler after coming here for 30+ years ”

”The location of this property is perfect. Amazingly close to everything you need and want. Absolutely loved having a ski rental facility in house and ski valet available.”

”Room is clean. Location is fairly close to gondola. The wall is pretty thin and noises come right through. The AC is really loud as well. Wouldn’t recommend to light sleepers”

”Hotel was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for restaurants, things to do and directions. Enjoyed our stay and loved that the hotel was pretty much centrally located within the village. Would definitely stay there again.”

”Muutama päivä whistlerissä laskettelemassa. Viihtyisä hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla, hissien ja palveluiden välittömässä läheisyydessä. Rauhallinen ympäristö, mahdollisuus hot tubissa rentoutumiseen mäkipäivän jälkeen. Aulassa tarjolla kahvia, teetä ja cookieita. Alueella paljon ruokapaikkoja ja hyvät shoppingit eritoten urheilubrändien ystäville. Tänne tulen mielellään uudestaan.”

”There really wasn’t a view. Staff at the front desk were wonderful, very friendly, helpful. The cleaning staff skipped cleaning our room one day. Kitchen was good with dishwasher. ”

”What a hotel. The views are amazing, the staff is great. And if you are skiing you are in the middle of all the action.”

”The property has an excellent location. The staff are very kind, and the bellman service in particular is excellent. While the ski check-in service is great, the outside tent should stay open until 4:30 instead of closing at 4:00, because most people haven't come back by then. Additionally, our room in the South Tower is very dark. If the lighting could be improved, that would be great. Other than that, we think this is a good hotel.”

”Decent hotel, advice to check the room right at the beginning to make sure everything is working including fireplace, and toilet. Good ideal location right at the village close to the super market and walkable to the lifts also the free shuttle service was great. Hotel staff were all nice and Friendly. ”

”Conveniently located near all the restaurants and shops in the village. The property is a bit aged, but overall good stay. I am put on the 1st floor, and near the road, it might get a bit noisier if you are not a sound sleeper, then try to avoid having a room with windows facing the Blackcomb way. Overall, happy with my stay.”
