”Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

”Posto incantevole, camera che in verita' è un mini appartamento ben dotato, wifi funzionante. Suggerirei un accesso piu' agevole alla Reception (telefonando, nella Reception vuota, al numero, il tel suonava a vuoto, comunque mi hanno aiutato subito dei collaboratori, una gentilissima signora), e visto che non viene fatta la colazione al mattino ma la camera è fornita di bollitore e macchina caffe', di mettere due biscotti secchi, confezionati. Io li ho portati da casa, ma insomma, in giro per...

”Beautifully renovated house with lovely dog walks around the area. The local restaurant (walking distance) is also excellent and you can buy gifts at their farm shop. We'd happily stay again. The breakfast staff were delightful and attentive. ”

”We got the first room of about 16 m², 28 m² is promised. After a complaint we received about 26 sq ft room. The rooms are up to bring 28 acres, most of the smaller ones. The pools and spa area was at 17:00 after a chartered for private use. It does not have any information, and thus we have stayed in these without having to visit.”

”We stayed one night obviously in the very beginning of the season being the only customers. The restaurant was only open for breakfast, but within one kilometer there was a trattoria with very good food. Location is nice, the room was big and the bathroom spacy and very clean. A nice place If you like silent countryside.”

”Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, es war ruhig und im allgemeinen sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation hat gut geklappt. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Essen im Restaurant (nur begrenzt geöffnet) und der Wein von deren Weingut waren sehr lecker!! Die Zimmer im Nebengebäude (ca. 300 m entfernt) waren ebenfalls sehr sauber, aber leider etwas gehörig. ”

”Bellissimo, agriturismo a due passi dalla città. Camere spaziose e pulite. Ottimo l'angolo cottura con caffè e the a disposizione. Buona colazione servita al tavolo. Bellissimo giardino.Da sottolineare la gentilezza del personale. Unica pecca il materasso molto morbido (ma va a gusti). Ci tornerò sicuramente ”
