”I enjoyed my two day stay so much I became a Marriott Bonvoy member. However, my last day was not a busy day and I asked if I could leave an hour later (1:00 instead of 12:00) and the lady at the front desk would not allow it. This is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5.”

”First of all the picture of the facility is NOTHING like the check-in area or any other place in the building. I was disappointed with the accommodations...they were marginally adequate. The desk staff was helpful and courteous which was a big plus.”

”The fridge in the room was noisy. There was no complimentary tea or hair conditioner in the room. The continental breakfast was lacking in terms of what I'd expect. No variety of bagels just plain, no oatmeal or fresh fruit or hard boiled eggs available. The cereal dispenser was empty. Delivery service for take out had only one option, Italian food. We were booked for two days but checked out early. They said they would refund us for the day we didn't use but then never did give us a refund. ...

”Parking was good staff was very good the beds in our room however were completely uncomfortable and breaking down. If you're unfortunate enough to lead toward the side of the bed it compressed and he was sliding onto the floor. The other bed in our room was very very hard. But for some are mattresses fine the bathroom also had mold stains up under the shower lip going around the tub. The drain also rusted and corroded in the shower We stayed at Red Roof Inns before and we think this one was...
