They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. ”Hotel looked nothing like the photos online. Upon check-in there was already confusion with the room assignment, which made the experience feel unorganized. The lobby furniture appeared stained and unclean, and there was loud music coming from other rooms/floors. The room itself was in very poor condition. It had a strong smoke odor, the smoke detector was detached from the ceiling, and there was visible dirt and debris throughout the room, including the AC vents and bathroom floor. The bed...
