”Horrible. When we got there day of for our booking. They didn’t send us a code for the door and we were locked out for hours. It took the neighbors to contact them for them to call us and tell us that our side lost power in the morning yet they didn’t want to message us and let us know before hand and wasted our time. So we were searching for hours for a hotel to stay at because most of them couldn’t fit a group our size.Also the address on the booking is not the actual address it was the house...
”Hotel room is good, AC is strong enough especially we are there during the hottest days. However there is smell in the hallway and I didn’t like the shampoo and conditioner in the room, makes the hair so dry. Also, there is no shower gel, only bar soap. We have a family of 4 and are staying for 6 nights. We won’t be sharing the same bar soap or remember where each person put their soap so no shower gel isn’t convenient. We end up went out and got a bottle for ourselves ”

”The hallways smelled like wet dog on our floor annd the pool wasn’t heated, it was tolerable but cold. Other than that our stay was great. This was a nice property to stay for 5 days.”

Had a nice gym and lounge area where you could sit and eat or just relax. Convenient location and a different experience staying in the Heights vs Midtown.”
